Analysation Of Tanqingning â…¡on The Efficincy And Change Of Serum Lactic Acid Of Sepsis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tan Qing Ning in treating sepsis and its influence on the level of lactic acid. To explore the mechanism for the effect of Tan Qing Ning.Methods:60cases of sepsis were randomly divided into two groups, control group and treatment group,30cases of each group. Treatment group were treated with Tan Qing Ning and routine western therapy. The control group were only treated with routine western therapy. Observed two groups of patients in the APACHE Ⅱ scoreinin the first and the seventh day, the level of lactic acid on admission12h、24h and48h in the first two days and the efficacy of Chinese medicine.Results:1、After the treatment of7days, symptoms were improved in both groups (P<0.05). The treatment group clinical symptoms improve more apparent (P<0.01).2、Results show that in the guest and check in after12h,24h,48h blood lactic acid concentration was better than the control group (p<0.05).Conclusion:1、The traditional Chinese medicine of Tan Qing Ning decoction oral treatments for sepsis has good clinical curative effect.2、Tan Qing Ning decoction oral allows APACHE II score of sepsis patients decrease obviously and can improve the clinical symptoms of sepsis patients significantly.3、Tan Qing Ning decoction oral could make the lactic acid level of sepsis patients decrease obviously.
