| Objective:Through observing the comparation of clinical efficacy of the acupuncture the foot transports feeling area combined with local bloodletting therapy treatment restless legs syndrome, to explore the mechanism about the treatment of this disease by acupuncturing combined with local bloodletting therapy, and to provide effective treatments methods for the acupuncture treatment restless legs syndrome.Methods:60patients with restless legs syndrome patients randomly divided into two groups,30cases in treatment group and control group in30cases. The treatment group to acupuncture the foot transports cooperate with acu-points prick bloodletting, the control group to simple oral pramipexole. After4weeks we observed the treatment effections between the two groups. Comparing the two groups before and after treatment effect and international restless legs syndrome rating scale (IRLS), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scale (PSQI) comparison, and systematicly to observe the clinical efficacy of this therapy.Results:Compared the two groups, the treatment group was83.3%, and the control group was73.3%. and there were significant differences (P<0.05); Two groups before and after treatment international restless legs syndrome rating scale (IRLS) and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale (PSQI) score comparison of all improved, and the treatment group was better than the control group clearly. There were significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture the foot transports cooperate with acu-points prick bloodletting therapy restless legs syndrome curative effect is distinct, significantly improve the patients international restless legs syndrome rating scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index rating scale.Acupuncture the foot transports cooperate with acu-points prick bloodletting therapy restless legs syndrome, This method is economic security, simple, effective, and deserves to be widely used in clinic. |
