Objective:To study the preventive mechanism of ischemic reperfusion injury by acupuncture preconditioning, analyze the effect of bcl-2and bax expressing within sarcoplasmic reticulum, research the regulation of bax protein and gene to discuss the machanism and to abundant for acupuncture theory and open up a new therapy of ischemic cardiac disease. Methods:To establish rat model of ischemic reperfusion injury by model rat of food-borne hyperlipidemia,24hyperlipidemia SD male rats were randomly divided into sham-operated group, ischemia and reperfusion (IR) group, ischemia preconditioning (IP) group, acupuncture preconditioning (AP) group.Oserving changes in morphology by HE stain, observing ultra-structure by electron microscope and observing bcl-2and bax by IHCA.Results:1. Results in AP groups and IP group were familiar, myocardial apoptosis after ischemia were markedly reduced, there were significant differences compared with IR group.2. Acupuncture pretreatment BCL-2and bax of protein expression are significantly increased, compared with ischemic reperfusion group, significantly different.3. Observing the acupuncture pretreatment group effective relieving myocardial injuries by Microscopic.Conclusion:1. Acupuncture preconditioning can improve tolerance cardiac muscular tissue to ischemia, increase survival ratio of cardiomyocyte and improve prognosis.2. Acupuncture preconditioning can inhibit myocardial apoptosis.3. Acupuncture preconditioning can up-regulate expression of bcl-2and down-regulate expression of bax to inhibit ischemic myocardial apoptosis.4. Acupuncture preconditioning can protect ischemic and hypoxia cardiac muscle tissue by controlling endogenous substances.
