| [Background] A flexible ureteroscope as urological minimally invasive endoscopic technology important part, has now become the urological minimally invasive techniques in the top level, which application has been for the majority of urologists master and continue to promote the expansion. Digital flexible ureteroscope in the emergence of this technology will be pushed to a new height, the diagnosis of urologic diseases and therapy plays a more and more important role.[Purpose] Study on electronic flexible ureteroscope in the upper urinary tract disease in clinical application, and comparition with fiber flexible ureteroscope[Methods] A retrospective analysis of our hospital from2011March to2012April, which were applied to digital flexible ureteroscope (Olympus URF-V) completed the upper urinary tract disease diagnosis and treatment of68cases.1.Retrograde flexible ureteroscope with holmium laser for the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi in36cases (stone volume <20mm):Underwent KUB+IVP, part of plain film and angiographic diagnosis is not clear lines of CT and contrast enhanced CT examination,2weeks after operation and the January review of urinary system B ultrasound, KUB CT and plain film examination with a clear effect.2. Diagnosis of unknown nature of renal pelvis, ureter, renal space occupying lesions and hematuria in15cases:Underwent urinary B ultrasound, KUB plain film, IVP scan, renal pelvis, ureter portion of space-occupying lesions of preoperative B-mode ultrasonography examination found, intraoperative biopsy for pathologic diagnosis, and according to the histopathological results to decide the next step therapy. 3. A flexible ureteroscope combined with holmium laser treatment of superfitial tumor in5cases.4. A flexible ureteroscope combined with holmium laser treatment of urinary tract narrow in4cases.5. A flexible ureteroscope combined with single channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) treatment of multiple renal calculi (stones>25mm) in7cases.Underwent KUB plain film, IVP scan and CT examination,3days postoperative review urological B ultrasound, KUB plain film and CT checks to clear the calculous eduction and whether residual stones.[Results]1.Retrograde flexible ureteroscope with holmium laser for the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi in36cases (stone volume <20mm):Underwent KUB+IVP, part of plain film and angiographic diagnosis is not clear lines of CT and contrast enhanced CT examination,2weeks after operation and the January review of urinary system B ultrasound, KUB CT and plain film examination with a clear effect. The time of with is28-59min, mine time38min.95.1%(34/36) succeed in coming.2. [Conclusions] Digitil flexible ureteroscope in upper urinary tract disease, especially on renal and upper ureteral calculi, superficial tumor of ureter, unexplained hematuria and have one’s own knack in, the main features of digital image is clear, convenient operation, and holmium laser combined treatment of renal calculus, ureteral superficial tumors with minimally invasive, safe, effective, with few complications, quick recovery after operation and other advantages, for upper urinary tract cavity tiny lesions diagnosis has obvious advantages. |
