Clinical Efficacy And Safety Evalution Of Shenxiong Glucose Injection In The Treatment Of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenxiong glucose injection in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease in acute stage.Method1.General condition of the patients:54patients with chronic cor plumonale in acute stage were selected in Shandong provincial hospital from2011.3to2012.2,28in Shenxiong group and26randomly selected in control group. There are no significant difference of the clinical features between the two groups, such as age, gender, duration of symptoms and cardiac function classification.2.Clinical treatment:Two groups are both given the routine treatment. On this base,200ml Shenxiong glucose injection was drip-fed for Shenxiong group once a day. The course of treatment lasted14days in the two groups, such indexes as the effect, cardiac function, blood gas analysis, et al before and after the treatment were observed. In addition, adverse reactions were closely observed and record.Results1.Effective rate:the effective rate of shengxiong group was92.9%, while control group was65.4%,there was significant difference(.P<0.05).2.Blood gas analysis:before treatment the average of PaO2in shenxiong group is38.2±7.2mmHg, PaCO2is66.2±9.5mmHg, PH is7.22+0.05;the average of PaO2in control group is36.0±5.5mmHg,PaCO2is68.0±8.2mmHg,PH is7.21±0.04,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment the average of PaO2in shenxiong group is55.1±9.6mmHg, PaCO2is53.5+9.4mmHg, PH is7.28+0.06;the average of PaO2in control group is49.3±8.8mmHg, PaCO2is59.1±7.4mmHg, PH is7.26±0.04, there was significant difference(P<0.05).3. Complication and Mortality rate:after treatment, between two groups electrolyte imbalance was no significant difference (P>0.05), but arrhythmias was significant difference (P<0.05). The mortality rate in shenxiong group was3.6%,while control group was3.8%,there was no significant difference (P>0.05).4.Adverse reactions:the incidence of skin rash in shenxiong group was3.6%, dizziness and palpitation was3.6%,both were mild, no need treatment.Conclusionsb1.Compared with conventional treatment, shenxiong glucose injection combined with routine method in treatment of chronic col pulmonale have a better clinical efficacy.2.There is no severe adverse reactions after treatment, only mild skin rash, dizziness and palpitation, which usually happened in the first medication, no need treatment.
