| Purpose:In preliminary understanding of primary hospitals in Chongqing citygovernment allocation of resources,through investigation of primaryhospital laboratory at the present stage development status, analysismedical resource allocation problems, explore the impact of laboratorydevelopment of relevant factors and countermeasures.Methods:1. With district as a unit, Chongqing city is divided into the center city,Yu West, Southeast, northeast of Chongqing, and use Gini coefficient,Lorenz curve analysis data Result:From various areas primary public health center equipment resources’Gini’s lower and the Lorentz curve, Chongqing basic unit equipmentresources’ population fairness and geography fairness are quite ideal, Gini’scoefficient in0.3.Through inquiry Chongqing City laboratory equipmentsupplement, damage, useless, equipment service rate and the acquisitionmodes,discover Chongqing city basic laboratory equipment generalconfiguration rate is not high, the highest failure rate has reached52.63%,the rate is not enough in equipment services, the highest rate in10%,equipment purchase ratio in40-50%, the laboratory staff survey found, isinsufficient, talent gap is bigger, personnel structure is reasonable, theoverall quality is not high, turn over phenomenon serious problems.Conclusion:Through analysising basic equipment resources of Chongqing,Finding in rural areas, there is a relatively low level and equity.
