Objective: To investigate the prevalence of anemia,microinflammatory status and cardiovascular disease in the patients withchronic kidney disease.Method: The data of118in-patients with CKD in our hospital fromMay2011to November were collected and retrospectively analyzed.Results: In the118patients with CKD, the prevalence of anemia was72.88%,the prevalence of anemia in patients<30years,30~50years,50~70years, and>70years was42.86%,68.09%,70.59%,90.00%,respectively.The prevalence of anemia inpatients with CKD in stage1~5was15.38%,36.84%,82.14%,88.89%and95%,respectively.The prevalence of elevated hs-CRP in patients with CKDin stage1~5was15.38%,42.11%,46.43%,61.11%and62.50%.Theprevalence of cardiovascular disease in patients with CKD in stage1~5was30.77%,42.11%,42.86%,44.44%and85.00%.Conclusions:The anemia and microinflammatory status are really present in patients with CKD.The prevalence of anemia,elevated hs-CRPand cardiovascular disease is increased with the decline of renal function. |
