With the deepening of the reform of hospital personnel system and institution employmentsystem in recent years, making use of contract personnel to undertake medical and nursingwork has become an important measure for many hospitals. Hospitals are activelyestablishing related talent incentive mechanism. Hospitals at all levels adjusted and improvedtheir compensation system for the employed personnel constantly, and explored a wide varietyof salary distribution methods to adapt to the tendency of hospital development. A scientificand reasonable salary distribution system is actually a centralized embodiment of humancapital marketing implemented in hospitals at all levels following the law of value, and whichis a rational choice.The C hospital studied in the paper is a non-profit hospital. The staff salary managementsystem of C hospital was first analyzed. And according to existing problems, an improvementanalysis of hospital salary management system was put forward to attract competent staff andimprove the competitiveness of C hospital in talent market.First of all, the hospital salary theory and salary development situation at home and abroadwere briefly discussed and a brief route was put forward to improve the C hospital staff salarymanagement system. Secondly, through field survey and questionnaire survey on C hospitalstaff salary management system status according to C hospital staff salary satisfaction andsalary survey results, the existing problems were pointed out and the causes for the problemswere analyzed. Then, using the theory of compensation management combined with theactual situation of C hospital, an improvement and optimization scheme for the staff salarysystem was put forward according to the characteristics of job position in C hospital.
