| Objective:To investigate the expression of TIMP3ã€MMP-9in colon cancer,to research thecorrelation of TIMP3and MMP-9with colon cancer invasion and metastasis.Method:60colon cancer specimen after surgical were collect, all specimen with SPimmunohistochemical, patients’ageã€sexã€tumor sizeã€locationã€Duke ’s stageã€differentiation degreeã€infiltration depthã€lymph node metastasis and CEA level forcorrelation analysis,to investigate the significance of TIMP3and MMP-9in coloncancer. Methods:Collect after surgical resection specimen colon cancer60cases, specimenimmunohistochemical staining do SP, age, sex, patient tumor size, tumor location,Duke ’s stage, differentiation degree infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis andCEA level express into the colon cancer the correlation analysis, this paper exploresTIMP3and MMP-9expression in the significance of colon cancer..Results:Compare of the clinical pathological analysis shows, Duke ’s A+B periods’MMP-9ã€TIMP-3positive expression rate has statistically significant with Duke’ sC+D period, P<0.05。The correlation analysis of MMP-9and TIMP-3expressionwith colon cancer invasion and metastasis shows, MMP-9〠TIMP-3separateexpression has statistically significant with colon cancer invasion and metastasis,(X~2were18.642,11.254,9.032,8.542). The correlation analysis of MMP-9andTIMP-3expression in colon cancer shows, the MMP-9and TIMP-3with chi-squaretest (P=0.009), indicating that the two proteins has correlation, Spearman rankcorrelation analysis showed that the two proteins exist a significant negativecorrelation. Conclusion:The express of MMP-9and TIMP-3has correlation withDuke ’s stage, infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis,MMP-9and TIMP-3can beused as molecular biology index for prediction colon cancer invasionã€metastasis andprognosis. Conclusion:In the colon cancer MMP-9and TIMP-3expression and Duke ’s stage, infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis are the correlation between, MMP-9andTIMP-3can as prediction colon cancer hit, transfer and prognosis of the molecularbiology index. |
