| Objective: To explore dexmedetomidine and propofol’s assistance conscioussedation effect on the continuous epidural anesthesia in the percutaneous nephroscopeholmium Laser Lithotripsy.Methods:One hundred patients were randomly divided into two groups according torandom digits table in pairs who were the kidney calculusã€ureteropelvic junctioncalculus〠ureter superior segment calculus patients of I~II stage in ourhospital,undergoing the percutaneous nephroscope holmium Laser Lithotripsy byuse of continuous epidural anesthesia. Dexmedetomidine were used to assistcontinuous epidural anesthesia in group D. By contrast,propofol were administeredin the group C.To study and record the HRã€SpO2ã€RRã€MAP and OAA/Sã€BIS atthe different time point such as starting time (T0),5min(T5),10min(T10),15min(T15),25min(T25),30min(T30),45min(T45),60min(T60),90min(T90)ã€at the end of theoperation(TE) which were administered loading dose and ahead of the injectionDexmedetomidine(TB).Results: OAA/S score and BIS value, the two groups at T10to T45compared withthe TBwere significantly lower (P<0.05), at the times of T90, TEwere lower than TBin group P (P<0.05), and postoperative sedation time extension. Compared withTB,HR of the two groups at T5to T60were significantly decreased, and compared withthe control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05), at thetimes of T15to T30were significant difference in Group D(P<0.05); Compared withTB,MAP at T10to TEwere significantly decreased in group P, and compared withgroup D the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); Compared with TB,RR of the group P at T0to T45were significantly reduced (P<0.05), compared with atthe times of T0to T25in group D, there is statistically significant (P<0.05), thedifferences were statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05); SPO2ofthe group P at T0to T90was significantly lower than TB, and the differences werestatistically significant (P <0.01), and compared with group D there was statisticallysignificant at the times of T0to T45(P <0.05), Compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine given auxiliary applied to skin nephrolithotomy withholmium laser lithotripsy, the sedative effect of continuous epidural anesthesia issuperior to propofol. It is that a simple, safe and effective method of sedation. |
