| Background: Coronary heart disease(CHD) is one kind of the worlds major fataldisease, At present, more and more evidence suggests that atherosclerosis isassociated with blood vessel walls, the fundamental pathological damage accords withthe characteristics of chronic inflammatory disease. The OX40/OX40interaction canpromote proliferation, migration, participates of CD4+T cell and acute coronarysyndrome formation. IL-6plays very important role in the progress of coronary heartdisease inflammation.Plasma concentrations of IL-6appear to reflect the intensity ofoccult plaque and may cause Vulnerable plaques to rupture. Recent studies show thatreducing the expression of0X40/0X40L and IL–6is in favour of treatment ofcoronary heart disease. Objective: To study the difference levels of OX40/OX40L and IL-6between patientswith CHD and normal control group, to analyse the variety rule of endogenousOX40/OX40L and IL-6and to explore the significance of OX40/OX40Land IL-6inthe occurrence, development of coronary heart disease..Methods: choose120inpatients From October2009to August2010(including36hypertensive) as the study group conformed with CHD by coronary angiography(CAG), they were assigned into3subgroups according to stable angina pectorisgroup(SAP, n=30), unstable angina pectoris group(UAP, n=30) and acute myocardialinfarction group(AMI, n=30). At the same time, patients with CAG negative werechosen as normal contral group(NC, n=30). Plasma OX40Land IL-6levels wereexamined by ELISA. Experimental data were processed by SPSS17.0statisticalanalysis software. A value of p<0.05was considered statistically significant.Results:(1) Plasma OX40/OX40L levels in patients with CHD (10.72±2.36) μmol/Lwere significantly higher than that in normal group(7.11±0.50)μmol/L, p<0.01), theplasma OX40/OX40L levels in subgroups of the UAP group((11.88±1.52) μmol/L,the AMIgroup (13.38±0.86) μmol/L were significantly higher than that of SAP group(8.35±0.62)μmol/L,(p<0.01and p<0.01) respectively, they were considered statistically significant.the AMI group(13.38±0.86)μmol/Lwas higher than theUAPgroup(11.88±1.52) μmol/L p<0.05; the Plasma IL-6levels in CHD group weresignificantly higher than that in control group[(29.64±16.41)μmol/L vs (6.38±0.71)μmol/L, P<0.01ï¼½.And the plasma IL-6levels in the UAP group(29.76±5.74) μmol/L,AMI(56.01±9.82) μmol/Lwere higher than that of the SAP group(15.87±2.22)μmol/L,(P<0.01and p<0.01)respectively. They were considered statisticallysignificant.the AMI group (56.01±9.82)μmol/L was higher than the UAP group(29.76±5.74)μmol/L p<0.05. the level of plasmal OX40Land IL-6is higher in turn ofthe SAP groupã€the UAPgroup and the AMI group..It is the highest in the AMIgroup, the UAP group is second.Conclusions:(1)The plasma OX40/OX40Land IL-6levels in patients with CHDgroup were higher than that in control group.(2)The levels of OX40/OX40Lin theUAPgroup, the AMI group were higher than that in the SAPgroup. It suggests thatincreased plasma OX40/OX40L and IL-6maybe take part in the occurrence anddevelopment of CHD, It will be a new method to deal coronary artery disease byinterfering0X4Oï¼0X4OL pathway and inhibiting IL-6activity... |
