ObjectiveInvestigate health status and community health service requirement of Nanhai Foshan rural residents, For analysis the main health problems also with the community health service and the influencing factors of rural residents in Nanhai. To promote rural community health service reform, and providing rural residents’ health level.MethodsAnalysis the number rural resident previous data in Nanhai Foshan Guangdong Province, to multi-stage cluster random sampling,3978People were investigated Who were willing to accept the survey.All the investigators had a Uniform training. All valid data were in Put into Epidata3.0database and used SPSS18.0software for statistical analysis.Measurement Data were described by rate and ProPortion, The comparisons between groups were expressed as chisquaretest.Univariate and unconditional Logistic regression model were used to analyze risk factors of chronic diseases and impact factor of Treatment and community health services utilization.Results(1) Nanhai rural residents’health status were good, two weeks prevalence was10.5%,Minors, the elderly and the married women whose age under50years Two weeks prevalence were higher than people in other groups. Different age groups, to two weeks prevalence of disease was different, For Minors were cold and gastroenteritis; for married women under50years of age was cold and gynecological disease; for the elderly was cold and high blood pressure. Chronic diseases are the major health problems of the survey area, Chronic diseases of adults over the age of18the prevalence rate was11.8%.The top five in the prevalence of chronic diseases were:hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, malignancy, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Univariate analysis showed that a variety of living behavioral factors relative to the three major chronic diseases, Multivariate logistic regression analysis:age, smoking, economic status and physical exercise were the influencing factors of hypertension; Age, smoking women, lack of sleep was a heart disease risk factors, the OR values were as follows:2.414,2.437,1.652,2.336;1.727times the men suffering from diabetes for women; Age was a common risk factor for hypertension, heart disease and diabetes (p<0.05).(2) The medical treatment charge of the minors significantly higher than adults,in study area, the medical treatment cost of married women whose age under50was lowerest. The survey area residents two weeks treatment was10.3%, the annual hospitalization rate was5.2%, lower than the fourth National Health Services Survey results. two weeks prevalence of treatment Most Use the pure self-treatment in this area, hospitalization was mainly due to the treatment of common diseases. Age, occupation, education level, economic status were major factors that affected residents two weeks of illness, gender, age, economic status and health care residents hospitalized institutions choice(3) Residents went to community health services more convenient, people demand for community health service stations were most for the treatment of common diseases, The demand for preventive health care with minors was higher than adults significantly. The awareness and utilization of community health services were higher.Preschool children, young adults, and the elderly, who use of community health services were lower than other groups.Health insurance types, economic levels and chronic diseases will affect the use of the community health services.Conclusions(1) The health of residents were good,Two weeks prevalence was10.5%, lower than the2008national survey result. Different physiological characteristics population two weeks of illness were different.two weeks attendance rates, treatment rates and annual hospitalization rates significantly affected by age, occupation, marital status, health care situation and the economic situation.(2) Community health services to carry out more successful in Nanhai, but there were still many problems, low degree of utilization of community health services in women and children, The proportion of People choose community health services is not high, the demand for community health services primarily to treatment of diseases, community health services have not been utilized fully.
