Background and objective: Chronic soft tissue injury is a common desease inhuman. There are lots of therapies now, such as: silver needle therapy, radio frequencytherapy, internal heated needle therapy. The mechanisms of these therapies are not clear.Through the animal model of chronic soft tissue injury of rats, I investigate andcompare the therapy result of internal heated needle, silver needle with heat, silverneedle without heat, radio frequency therapies to find the better therapeutic method andthe mechanisms of them.Methods: The hitting installation is used to make dull injury on two rear limbgastroenemius tendon junction and rural of Wistar rats after half month as a model ofchronic soft tissue and nerve lesion.63healthy male Wistar rats were randomly dividedinto injury control group(n=12),internal heated needle group(n=12),silver needle withheat group(n=12),silver needle without heat group(n=12), radio frequency therapygroup(n=12)and normal control group(n=3).The expression of BDNF、GDNF in theimpair nerve tissue and the VEGF and bFGF in gastrocnemius muscle tendon junctionwere detected and analyzed using immunohistochemistry at3,7,14d and28d.Results:1、the VEGF and bFGF in gastrocnemius muscle tendon junction:①theVEGF and BFGF in the injury control group are higher than the normal group(P<0.01).②3d,the VEGF and bFGF in all therapy groups are higher than the injury controlgroup(P<0.01), internal heated needle group and silver needle with heat group arehigher than other therapy groups(P<0.01).③7、14d,internal heated needle group ishigher than silver needle with heat group.④28d,all therapy groups are lower thanthe injury control group(P<0.01),internal heated needle group and silver needle withheat group are lower than other therapy groups(P<0.01),the former is lower(P<0.05).2、The expression of BDNF、GDNF in impair nerve:①the injury control group arehigher than the normal group(P<0.05).②3d,the VEGF and bFGF in all groups arenodifference(P>0.05).③7、14d,internal heated needle group and silver needle with heatgroup are higher than other therapy groups(P<0.05),14d, internal heated needle group ishigher than silver needle with heat group(P<0.05).④28d,internal heated needle groupand silver needle with heat group are lower than the injury control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:1All therapy groups are effective on treating the injuried soft tissue.2All therapy groups can increase the expression of the VEGF and bFGF in gastrocnemiusmuscle tendon junction and the expression of BDNF、GDNF of the in impair nerve.3The internal heated needle group and silver needle with heat group can help them torecovery, decrease the time needed to recovery. It is better than others.4The internalheated needle group has more capacity to treat the injuried soft tissue than the silverneedle with heat group.5Needle with heat therapy is better than single needle therapy.
