Clinical Study On Fu Zheng Qu Xie Decoction And Western Medicine In Improving The Rate Of Eradicating Helicobacter Pylori

Purpose:The aim of this study is to observe the clinical effect and stability of Fu Zheng Qu Xie Decoction and quadruple therapy in eradicating Helicobacter pylori; to find a better therapy of combining Chinese medicine and western medicine to eradicating Helicobacter pylori.Methods:Sixty-one patients who were diagnosed as Hp infection were divided into two groups. In treatment group,30patients were treated with taking western medicine and Fu Zheng Qu Xie Decoction1or2hours later after meal simultaneously for seven days (2times/day); while the other31patients in the control group were treated with only western medicine for seven days (2times/day). Outcome of eradication therapy was assessed performed at least4weeks after the end of treatment and2weeks after taking PPIs.Results:The result of clinical research indicated that the treatment group was better than the control group in eradicating Helicobacter pylori, and there was a significant difference by statistics (P<0.05). The treatment group was better than the control group in.the aspect of meliorating clinical symptoms (P<0.05), for example:epigastric pain; belching; acid regurgitation. What’s more, the control group has5persons who has some adverse reactions, when the treatment has only one.Conclusion:The results of this experiment show that:The scheme combining Fu Zheng Qu Xie Decoction with western medicine has a better effect on eradicating Helicobacter pylori and is safer. And Fu Zheng Qu Xie Decoction can significantly improve clinical symptoms, such as epigastric pain, belching, acid regurgitation and so on.
