Research Of The Experience Applying For Professor Xu Jingfan Restraining Liver And Helping Spleen In Treating Diarrhea Ibs

Objective:To observe the method of restraining liver and helping spleen in treating diarrhea-irritable bowel syndrome and its influence on patients’quality of life, to explore its mechanism from two aspects of the theory and clinical.Method:A total120cases of IBS-D of hospitalization and outpatient during the period March2010to March2012, Tongxieyaofang is taken by each patients. The therapeutic course was4weeks. The grading standards of symptoms of the disease to quantify、SSD-PRO questionnaire and IBS QOL questionnaire were used for evaluation before and after treatment of IBS-D, to observe the changes of clinical symptoms, evaluate the quality of life. SPSS18.0was used for processing the relevant data,and concluded.Results:After4weeks treatment, in improving clinical symptoms, gastrointestinal symptoms in patients with integral declined obviously (P<0.01); The comprehensive clinical curative effect,the curing rate was10.0%and the total effective rate was98.33%.In the improvement of quality of life, through to multiple dimensions compared before and after treatment, the dimension rating scale decreased, and there was significant difference in their own comparison(p<0.01).Conclusions:The method of restraining liver and helping spleen can reduce the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life obviously.
