Analysis Of The Risk Factors Of Acute Renal Injury After Off-pump Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting

Objective:To study the incidence and risk factors of acute kidney injury(AKI) in patients after off-pump coronary bypass grafting(OPCAB).Methods:the clinical data of537patients of Tianjin chest hospital undertaking OPCAB between June2009and December2009were retrospectively analyzed. According to the relevant domestic AKI diagnostic criteria, divided the patients into AKI group with AKI and control group without AKI. Difference of the related factors was contrasted between the two groups and multivariable logistic regression modeling was used to identify the risk factors of AKI. And the incidence of postoperative AKI were counted and analyzed.Results:AKI with an incidence of14.7%(79/537) occurred in537patients. Single factor analysis showed that there were significant statistics differences among advanced age, hypertension, preoperative serum creatinine, number of grafts, mechanical ventilation time,ICU time and postoperative low heart output(P<0.05或<0.01). Logistic multi-factor regression analysis showed that advanced age, hypertension, preoperative serum creatinine, number of grafts, mechanical ventilation time and postoperative low heart output were independent risk factors of AKI.Conclusion:Advanced age, hypertension, preoperative serum creatinine, number of grafts, mechanical ventilation time and postoperative low heart output were independent risk factors of AKI.
