Objective: To analysis the clinicalpathology characteristic in triple-negative breastcancer (TNBC) patients between the Uygur and the Han women in Xinjiang, to providemore effective clinical evidence to the triple-negative breast cancer patients of the twopeoples in pathogenesis and treatment. Methods: The female triple-negative breast cancerpatients from January2005to January2008in Affiliated Tumor Hospital of XinjiangMedical University were collected, with288people who treated by surgery, wereconfirmed by clinicalpathology histology and have complete medical history, Include,which68were the Uygurs and220were the Hans. We compared the patients according tothe Uygur and the Han triple-negative breast cancer patients age at the time of attendance,state of the menstrual, the family history of neoplasm, pathological type,times of termpregnancy, the tumor size, axillary lymph node metastasis, TNM stage,nm23and Ki-67expression of information a comparative analysis. Results: Compare with the Hans andthe Uygurs, age at the time of attendance; full-term pregnancy parity; times of termpregnancy; the tumor size; axillary lymph node metastasis; TNM stage; nm23proteinexpression difference were significant(P<0.05); Symptoms found time to state of themenstrual; the family history of neoplasm, pathological type, Ki-67protein expressiondifference was not significant(P>0.05). Conclusion: The Uygur and the Han havedifferences in pathology and clinical characteristics of the triple-negative breast cancer. |
