Objective:analysis elderly (quartile age60years) triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC) the clinical and pathological features, the survival condition and prognosticfactors. Methods:collect from January2004to December2008in xinjiang medicaluniversity second affiliated hospital and three affiliated hospital of patients with breastcancer, and to screen in60years old and above the age of immunohistochemistry explicitjudgment estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and people the epidermalgrowth factor receptor2(special genetic marker, known as her2negative all the TNBCpatients for clinical pathology material, observe the long-term survival, analysis theclinical characteristics and prognostic factors. Results:1.The old triple-negative of19.5%of the older breast cancer breast cancer.2. The group of64elderly patients with breastcancer, the triple-negative, the average age for66years, with78%of elderly people withhigh blood pressure, diabetes and coronary heart disease, lung and other diseases. Allpatients were surgery, and the pathological types mainly by infiltrating ductal carcinoma isgiven priority to, the clinical stages for I period and the main Ⅱ period to give priority to.3. Old and triple-negative breast cancer five years (OS) overall survival rate was85.9%,among which living conditions and the tumor size, lymph node metastasis, postoperativestages and length of time of chemotherapy are statistically,in menstruation, age and aftermenopause was not statistically significant. Many factors analysis shows the clinical stageis the independent factors affecting the prognosis Conclusion:old triple-negative breastcancer because of its unique of the biology and pathological characteristics, surgery andpostoperative chemotherapy treatment is effective treatment, tumor size, lymph nodemetastasis, Postoperative stages and chemotherapy time length is an important factoraffecting the prognosis。The clinical stage is the independent factors affecting theprognosis...
