| Objective: To explore the relationship between the natural longevitiesies of Uygurelders and the familial history of longevity, chronic diseases, activities of daily living(ADL), life Satisfaction rating soale in Hotan, Xinjiang through ten-years follow-up.Methods: Compare the difference of112Uighur longevity of elderly (longevity group)and249Uighur elderly died before90-year-old in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,hypertensive heart disease, stroke, the familial history of longevity, activities of dailyliving, and life Satisfaction rating soale, constructured model of the impact factor usinglogistic regression analysis. Results: The single factor analysis found the difference oftwo groups in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, hypertension, hypertensive heartdisease, stroke, familial history of longevity, ability of daily living, life Satisfaction ratingsoale were statistically significant (P<0.05).
