ObjectivesClinically, we found a lot of liver disease patients have symptoms of insomnia, and most did not take effective prevention and control measures. We were related to data collection and collation, found to have information that about70%of hospitalized hepatitis patients have symptoms of insomnia, and insomnia symptoms and the severity of liver diseases have a certain degree of relevance, we hypothesized that liver disease and insomnia may have certain connection. Ancient books of TCM, Huangdineijing mentioned" liver storing blood, blood and soul" theory, clinical syndrome differentiation of TCM of liver disease insomnia will be divided into the following types:type stagnation of liver stagnation, blood stasis type, liver blood deficiency and liver stomach disharmony. The liver blood deficiency syndrome of insomnia in clinical common, of ten with nourish the blood and tranquilization treatment method. In order to investigate the liver blood deficiency insomnia pathogenesis and Jiaweisuanzaoren Decoction regulating action, this paper adopts random sampling, control variables and the control method, observation of liver blood deficiency syndrome in patients with insomnia features, clinical scale and the change of monoamine neurotransmitter, and AI division motor are compared, as a clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of liver blood deficiency syndrome of insomnia and to provide a new theoretical basis and better treatment method.Methods1, the clinical investigation and collection in120patients met the inclusion criteria of liver blood deficiency syndrome in patients with insomnia were randomly divided into two groups, Jiaweisuanzaoren Decoction group and AI division motor group,60cases in each group. At the same time collection of60healthy volunteers were used as normal control group. All groups in gender, age, course of disease and the pathogenesis of no statistical difference (P<0.05), with comparable2, the survey of sleep state of sleep, self rating scale (SRSS), Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI), Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) in the form of questionnaires to collect Jiaweisuanzaoren Decoction group and the division of motor group of sleep status, were statistical analysis, and incorporated into the experimental Jiaweisuanzaoren Decoction group, the division of motor group and normal control group were monoamine neurotransmitter detection. Jiaweisuanzaoren Decoction group and AI division motor groups were treated with Jiaweisuanzaoren Decoction and AI division motor after4weeks of treatment, the Jiaweisuanzaoren Decoction group and the division of motor group of sleep status again by questionnaire and the data were statistically analyzed, at the same time detection after treatment with Jiaweisuanzaoren Decoction group and AI Division motor group the contents of monoamine neurotransmitters.3Induction of Jiawei Suanzaoren Decoction group and AI division motor group before and after the treatment in the sleep state and the change of monoamine neurotransmitter, and compared with control group, so as to analyze the Jiawei Suanzaoren Decoction on liver blood deficiency insomnia regulating action.Results1, based on120cases of liver blood deficiency syndrome in patients with insomnia treatment before sleep status and normal controls sleep status were analyzed statistically derived liver blood deficiency syndrome, insomnia in dreams as the main performance, both wake up early, night waking up after many times, difficulty falling asleep, difficulty falling asleep, accounted for83cases (69.2%),71cases (59.2%),59cases (49.2%),48cases (40%),63cases (52.5%).2,120cases of liver blood deficiency syndrome of insomnia patients before and after treatment SRSS, PSQI had significant difference (P<0.05), while SAS and SDS scores are lower than normal. Description of Jiaweisuanzaoren Decoction group and AI division motor group has improved effects of sleeplessness, but for anxiety and depression had no obvious improvement.In3, after treatment of Jiaweisuanzaoren Decoction group and AI division of clinical symptoms and treatment of motor group had significant difference (P<0.05), two therapies can significantly improve patients with5-5-serotonin,5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid and β-endorphin levels, but Jiaweisuanzaoren Decoction group was obviously better than that of AI division motor group(P<0.05). ConclusionsAfter four weeks treatment, two groups were improved liver blood deficiency syndrome in patients with insomnia and monoamine neurotransmitters, Jiaweisuanzaoren Decoction on patients with particular dream, wake up early, fatigue, poor sleep quality, sleep problems and other symptoms improved significantly, western medicine estazolam division to wake early motor, difficulty falling asleep, poor sleep quality and other symptoms was better, but for dreams, fatigue, poor disease treatment.
