Background Coronary heart disease is a common one of cardiovascular disease，coronary atherosclerosis make the blood vessels of the luminal stenosis，obstruction orspasm myocardial ischemia，lack of oxygen and cause heart attacks. At present，drugtherapy，interventional therapy and surgical treatment is generally recognized internationalthree treatment way. Intervention and surgical treatment has certain limitation，can onlymake narrow again the part and cannot effect a radical cure coronary heart disease. The20th century，some scholars proposed by increasing the coronary artery branch andestablish collateral circulation and restore the myocardial blood for blood vessels of thenew treatment new ideas. In recent years，Chinese traditional medicine the mechanism ofaction of angiogenesis to become the research focus.Objective This study was to observe ShuGuanTongLuo formula to unstable anginapatients angiogenic factors of vascular endothelial growth factor (vascular endothelialgrowth factor; VEGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor (basic fibroblast growth factor;bFGF) role of intervention，and discussed its，mechanism.Methods60patients with unstable angina patients were randomly divided the intotreatment group(30cases) and the control group(30cases)，10cases of healthy check-uppatients will be set to blank control group， the treatment group and the control group weretreated with the western medicine convention strengthening treatment，but the treatmentgroup was simultaneously treated with ShuGuanTongLuo formula，test cycle4weeks，weinvestigrated the effect of angina syndrom and electrocardiogram and changement of Blood fat，VEGF and bFGF index，and be compared with blank patients VEGF and bFGF.Results1the effect of angina symptoms，The effect of treatment group’s anginapectoris is86.67%，the control group is63.33%，P＜0.05，a statistically significantdifferrence；Syndromes curative effect comparison，the treatment group in the effect ofchest tightness，shortness of breath，heart palpitations restless，weary force，sweating，are significantly higher than that， P＜0.05， a statistically significant differenceElectrocardiogram curative effect，the effect of treatment group is76.67%，the controlgroup is50.00%，the total effective rate were significantly higher than that of the controlgroup，P＜0.05，with statistical significance.2The patients serum VEGF and bFGF value of the treatment group is significantlyhigher than before treatment，P＜0.05，a statistically significant difference，The patientsserum VEGF and bFGF value of the control group is nochangethan before treatment，P＞0.05，the difference was not statistically significant；the patients serum VEGF and bFGFvalue of the treatment group is obviously higher than those in the control group，P＜0.05，a statistically significant difference.Conclusion ShuGuanTongLuo formula can effectively relieve the unstable anginaand blood stasis syndrome patients with angina symptoms， improve patients’electrocardiogram curative effect，improve the level of serum VEGF and bFGF content，promote coronary artery establish collateral circulation，improve coronary blood supply，so as to achieve a good treatment function，for the clinical treatment of unstable anginablood stasis syndrome patients and provide the reference.
