| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of FuzhenghemaiYin on Coronary heartdisease in the elderly of ventricular premature contractions of the deficiency in both qi andyin. Methods:60patients of ventricular premature contractions were divided randomlyinto observation group（30cases）and control group（30cases）. Conventional westernmedical therapy was given to both groups.In the meantime,the observation group weredosed FuzhenghemaiYin and the control group were dosed Betaloc Tablets. After4weeks’treatment,To observe the changes of clinical symptoms, Dynamic Electrocardiog-raphy(DCG) and laboratory indexes before and after treatment in both groups, then do thestatistical analysis. Results:1. The total effect rate of ameliorating symptom of theobservation group was86.67%，which was obviously superior to that of the control groupof73.33%(P<0.05).2. The total effect rate of the observation group in treating ventricularpremature contractions of Coronary Heart Disease was76.67%，that of the control groupwas80.00%,there was no evidently difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3. Theobservation group is superior to the control group in improving HRV,blood lipid level.4.The observation group had remarkable effect upon decreasing QT dispersity,improvingmyocardial ischemia.Conclusion: The therapeutic methods of the FuzhenghemaiYin issupplementing qi and nourishing yin, calm heart and tranquilizing the mind, which was aneffective and safe Tcm Prescription for the patients with Coronary heart disease in theelderly of ventricular premature contractions. |
