Objective:Review the literature of TCM on skin tumor.Detect the cell proliferationand blood vessal growth regulatory factor expression of skin squamous cell carcinomaA431cells treated with nanometer,then explore the realgar nanoparticles to anti-tumormechanism of action.Methods:Skin squamous cell carcinoma A431cells were cultured in vitro.Dose in theexperimental groups and observe the changes in its morphology and growthconditions,respectively,using the MTT assay,immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR assaydosing inhibition of cell proliferation,the expression of pigment epithelium-derivedfactor(PEDF) and VEGFmRNA.Results:Realgar nanoparticles can inhibit human skin squamous cells carcinomaA431cells proliferation and synergy with cisplatin.Realgar nanoparticles can ru-regulatethe expression of PEDF and down the expression of VEGF to inhibit angiogenesis.Conclusion:In vitro experiments showed Realgar nanoparticles can significantlyinhibit human skin squamous cell carcinoma A431cells proliferation and treat cancer byinhibiting angiogenesis generate synergy with cisplatin.
