Research purposes:The subject of collection to receive colorectal cancer surgery in elderly patients withPOFS situation to explore the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine, try to rule outthe influence of POFS, Study the traditional Chinese medicine to alleviate senile colorectalcancer syndrome affect.For further research of the accumulation of experience andcombine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of POFS provide a reference.Research Objects and Methods:40patients meet the inclusion criteria determined in the Hospital of ShandongUniversity of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of General Surgery, thedepartment of surgery patients from2010to2012. Applications finished visual analogscale acquisition record scores, and determination of the number of lymphocytes in theblood and CRP values.Using Epidata3.1the establishment of the survey database, pairs recorded in alose-lose all the data; statistical process SPSS18.0.The statistical package. Statisticalmethods, including hypothesis testing, homogeneity of variance, chi-square test, inspectionand standards in addition to special instructions to take α=0.05, t test was used.The visual analog scale in the domestic application of reliability and validity ofevaluation on the finished version.The results:The treatment group and the control group the day before surgery and after the verynext day Christensen score difference (P>0.05), no significant differences between thetwo.After operation trauma, postoperative the very next day score significantly higher thanpreoperative.After an operation in two groups (P>0.05) had no significant difference, may be excluded from the operation process of difference on the impact ofPOFS.Postoperative scores increased, illustrate the operation can be increased in patientswith postoperative fatigue severity, seventh days postoperatively the highest score.Overtime, the body recovers, score gradually began to decline, prompting POFS in early fatigueobviously.From the third postoperative day start of oral Chinese medicine treatment groupof nourishing qi and blood, after seventh days, fourteenth days score lower than that ofcontrol group (P <0.05).The medicine can relieve the patient ’s postoperative fatigue state.Conclusion:benefiting qi for promoting production of blood traditional Chinese medicine cansignificantly improve symptoms of fatigue of the senile colorectal cancer patients.
