Research purposes：The subject of collection to receive colorectal cancer surgery in elderly patients withPOFS situation to explore the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine, try to rule outthe influence of POFS, Study the traditional Chinese medicine to alleviate senile colorectalcancer syndrome affect.For further research of the accumulation of experience andcombine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of POFS provide a reference.Research Objects and Methods：40patients meet the inclusion criteria determined in the Hospital of ShandongUniversity of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of General Surgery, thedepartment of surgery patients from2010to2012.
