Efficacy And Safety Of Shensongyangxin Capsule For Slow Arrhythmia:a Meta-analysis

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of ShenSongYangXin capsuleon slow arrhythmia.Methods: We retrieved CNKI,VIP, WANFANG, PubMed, the Cochrane Library ofclinical control trial databases and other databases by computer.According to theintegration and elimination standard of the literature,We chose the randomized controlledtrials (RCTs) of ShenSongYangXin capsule on slow arrhythmia.Two reviewers finished thequality assessment independently,extracted the data and cross checked. Then we used theRevMan5.0software for the Meta-analysis.Results: A total of14studies included1121cases of patients, the quality of itsresearch was low quality. Meta-analysis results showed that: compared with the controlgroup,(1)14of the clinical efficacy of the efficiency of the combined effect of the test: ORcombined=5.06,95%CI was [3.75,6.84],Meta-analysis of results was statisticallysignificant(P <0.00001);(2)24h Holter efficacy in two studies the efficiency of thecombined effect of the amount of test: OR combined=6.72,95%CI was [2.85,15.86](P<0.0001),24h Holter effect of ShenSong capsule was better than the control group;(3)6studies reported the average heart rate increase by comparing with the control group.Due tothe heterogeneity test,P <0.00001,I2=76%,so we chose the random effects model analysisand the results showed that:MD=7.10,95%CI was [5.47,8.73](P <0.00001), the averageheart rate increase of ShenSongYangXin capsule was better than the control group;(4)Apart from the three studies,this systematic review in the studies reported adverse drugreactions.According to the studies,580patients took ShenSongYangXin capsule.Eightstudies reported13cases of gastrointestinal reactions and we did not find significant sideeffects of ShenSongYangXin capsule.As a result of the lack of statistical analysis of theoccurrence of adverse reactions,we need to take more clinical studies to observe the security of ShenSongYang Xin capsule in the future.Conclusion: The existing evidence prompted clinical efficacy, Holter monitoringefficacy and average heart rate increase of ShenSongYangXin capsule,which was betterthan other drugs,we did not find significant adverse reactions after takingShenSongYangXin capsule. Due to the limit of these subjects included in the literature, weneed more high-quality, randomized,double-blind controlled trials to confirm its efficacyevaluation.
