Clinical Research On Ningxinxiaopi Decoction’s Influence To Coronary Heart Disease Accompanied With Distention And Fullness

Objective: To observe the curative effect of NingXinXiaoPi Decoction tothe CHD accompanied with Distention and Fullness of QiYinLiangXu andXueYuPiMan Type, explore the deep link between chest discomfort anddistention and fullness，and to evaluate the effection of our self-madeprescription and paste formulation.Methods:In the clinical study, withRandomized principles,ninety patients conforming to Standard weredivided into decoction group (30cases)，herbal paste group (30cases) andcontrol group (30cases).The control group was treated only byconventional western medicine,while the decoction group was treated bydecoction of Ning Xin Xiao Pi Decoction added to the conventional westernmedicine and the herbal paste group was treated by paste of Ning Xin XiaoPi Decoction added to the conventional western medicine.Thirty days wasa course of treatment.The changes of main clinical syndrome, totalischemia burden and quality of life were observed before and aftertreatment.Results: In the decoction group and herbal paste group,thetotal effective rate of meliorating symptoms were respectively90.0%and93.3%,which were significantly better than the control group (P<0.005)；There was no statistical difference between decoction group and herbalpaste group（P>0.167）；The satisfaction survey of herbal paste was taken,and the taste satisfaction was90%，the convenient satisfaction was93.33%,the curative effect satisfaction was93.33%.The result of Holterdisplayed that no statistical difference were found among the three groupsin total ischemia burden. Scores of quality of life improved in thedecoction and herbal paste group,and were better than the control in thepsychological field (P<0.025);In the self-evaluation of quality of lifefield, herbal paste group was better than control group.Conclusion: NingXin Xiao Pi Decoction is an effective medicament of treating coronaryheart disease accompanied with distention and fullness of QiYinLiangXuand XueYuPiMan Type,and there is no significantly difference between thedecoction and herbal paste on clinical effective,but the patients ofherbal have high satisfaction in taste, convenient and curative effect.Inaddition,traditional chinese medicine can improve the quality of life.Itis worthy of wider application.
