The Effect Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Active Immunity On Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Patients

Objective To explore the clinical effect and mechanism of Shenqishoutaiwan(SQSHTW) combined with active immunity on recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA). Method60recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) patients with blocking antibody(BA) negative were divided into two groups according to the times of spontaneous abortion:the spontaneous abortion2times group and more than2times group,30cases every group.They were all treated with a course of Shenqishoutaiwan(SQSHTW) and active immunity. To explore the symptoms,T Lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+),CD16+CD56+NK cell and blocking antibody(BA) before and after treatment. Result After a course of treatment,CD3+had no significant change;CD8+is increased;CD4+,CD4+/CD8+and CD16+CD56+NK cell are decreased significantly.Blocking antibody negative conversion rate rises apparently. Symptoms of Shenxu in two groups had been significantly improved.However,there is no significant difference between Group1and Group2in T Lymphocyte subsets,NK cell(CD16+CD56+),blocking antibody(BA) and symptoms of Shenxu after treatment. Blocking antibody(BA) positive rate reached91.67%. Conclusion Deficiency of kidney qi is the main mechanism of the recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).The method of Shenqishoutaiwan(SQSHTW)combined with active immunity is good for the recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA) with blocking antibody(BA) negative,and can elevate RSA patients’blocking antibody(BA) significantly.There is no significant difference between Group1and Group2after a course of treatment.
