ObjectiveThrough the implementation of the Chinese traditional emotional care of ICU patients, the status of the anxiety patients, and analysis of the main factors affecting the anxiety, clear the anxiety patients general information and level, and explore the nursing effect. Provide a reference to develop a new care for ICU patients with anxiety and thereby improve the nursing satisfaction.MethodsWe choose the second affiliated hospital of Harbin medical university, the three department patients in ICU as our research object, the time is in December2010to2011, total80cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, n=40cases. Control group received routine hospital care model, the implementation of the experimental group model of care(emotional care interventions include:speech enlighten, empathy method, emotional constraints and so on to give the different interventions so as to reduce the different manifestations of anxiety patients in ICU, keep the patients with the best physical and mental state, to promote their recovery and quality of life). All the test data obtained entry SPSS17.0software analyzed using frequency distribution, mean, standard deviation, statistical description, as well as the t-test, single factor analysis of variance, correlation, regression and other statistical inference, and finally draw the appropriate conclusions.Results180cases of ICU patients anxiety before the intervention score of55.49±8.27, with the domestic normal, by the t-test, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01), significantly higher than the norm value. 2In daily patients with general information on static point set, family economic status, pain grade, patients anxiety score-differences with statistical significance(p<0.05)3The general information on the family economic status and level of anxiety was a significant negative correlation (r=-0.27*, P <0.01),), medications(daily in jection team), pain level and anxiety level was significantly positively correlated (r=0.39**、 P<0.05, r=0.36*\P<0.05), the other does not make the sense.4The main influence factors is: the family economic status, injection team, and the pain level (P<0.05).5After the intervention the anxiety score show that the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05.). the test group and control group before and after comparison, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).6The two groups, test group and control group are satisfaction with the nursing care, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions.1T h e ICU patients anxiety1evel, ma1n1y mi1d and modera1te higher than the national norm level.2Through the patients general status show that the injection team, family economic, pain level, the patients have the difference.3The family economic status and level of anxiety was significantly negatively related to drug use(daily injection team), pain level and anxiety level was significantly positively correlated.4However, the general nursing care can reduce the anxiety level to ICU patients, but the effectives not better than the Chinese traditional emotional care, meanwhile the emotional care can improve the nursing care satisfaction level.
