The Expression On Aquaporin-1(AQP1)Pleuralist Trested In The Mpe Rat Model And Surial By Xie Fei Zhu Yin Soup

Objective:To observe the expression on aquaporin-1(AQP1) pleuralist trested in the MPE rat model and surial by xie fei zhu yin soupMethod:To set up MPE rat model with EAC,100rats were divided into five groups at random:blank group, model group, Chinese material medica group, Mannatideforinjectio group and Chinese materia medica with Mannatideforinjectio group, there were20rats in each group. Rats in every group were given administered by intragastric administration with Chinese materia medica or peritoneal injection with Mannatideforinjectio except bla-nk group. Then We determined AQP1in model’S membrana pleuralis by immunohistochemistric method.Result:1.Chinese herbal medicine with mannatideforinjectio group、Chinese herbal medicine group、Mannatideforinjectio group’S pleural tissue HE staining compared with model group pleural damage compared to mild, cancer cell aggregation phenomenon less, the cell cytoplasm ratio imbalance is not obvious, dyeing of lighter inflammatory cell infiltration of lighter, Chest water sediment HE staining compared with the model group cancer cell numb-er, cytoplasmic ratio imbalance is not obvious. Chinese herbal medicine with mannatideforinjectio group The most significant difference with model group.2. Chinese herbal medicine with mannatideforinjectio group、Chinese herbal medicine group、Mannatideforinjectio group’S median survival period was significantly higher than model group(P<0.05); Chinese herbal medicine with mannatideforinjectio group、Chinese herbal medicine group’S life prolo-ng rate and median survival period was significantly higher than mannatidef-orinjectio group (P<0.05); There was no difference between Chinese herbal medicine with mannatideforinjectio group and Chinese herbal medicine grou-p(P>0.05).3.Compared with blank group, there was more AQP1expression in model group, and showed significant deviation (p<0.05). AQP1in Chinese material group, Mannatid eforinjectio group and Chinese materia medica with Mannatidefo rinjectio group expressed lower than in model group,which show-ed Chinese material medica group (p<0.05). It showed nearly in Chinese materia medica group and Mannatideforinjectio group, and this comparison was no significant deviation (p>0.05). But AQP1expression was much lower in Chinese material medica with Mannatideforinjectio group than in Chinese materia medica group and Mannatideforinjectio group, So it had statistical significance.Conclusion:1. Xie Fei Zhu Yin soup could inhibit AQP1expression in the pleuraland its its membrane pleuralis effusion of MPE rat model.2. Xie Fei Zhu Yin soup could Inhibition of the value of the cancer cells and pleural structure damage.3. Xie Fei Zhu Yin soup could Prolong the survival time of MPE rat model.
