Clinical Reseach On Treating Stroke By Huanglianwendanjiawei Decoction

Purpose; To observe the clinica therapeutic effects of treatment for apoplexy with Huanglianwendantangjiawei decoctionMethod:Sixty cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a drug control group,30cases in each group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Huanglianwendantangjiawei decoction, the patients in the drug control group were treated with Xingnaozaizhao capsules,The scores of traditional medical symptom and the scores of neural functional damage before and after treatment were recorded.Results:After treatment for28days, Huanglianwendantangjiawei decoction could improve apoplexy symptom,physical sign of patient effectly,according analysis of statistics,defects in the neural of apoplexy,the treatment group reached87%,while that of the control group was80%,Clinical differences between the two groups was statistically significant,P<0.05,the treatment group was better than the control therapy group.Conclusion:Huanglianwendantangjiawei decoction has effective therapyeutic on apoplexy,and the clinical curative effect is superior to Xingnaozaizao capsule,the two kinds of medicines can improve patient’s scores of Chinese traditional medical symptom and neural function effectively, Huanglianwendantangjiawei decoction superior to Xingnaozaizao capsule,this medicine has reliable curatio n,is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
