Objective:To study the chinical manifestation and pathological type of the primary duodennal papillar tumorotherwise how to select the examination and treatment complications after pancreatoduodenectomy and local rection are also described in this article.Methods:The chinical data of15cases of the primary duodennal papillar tumor during january,2009to december,2011were analyzed retrospectivel.Results:Clinical manifestation was non-specificity, they can be abdominal pain,janudice,bowel bleeding,with jaudice and bowel bleeding are common. B-us shows it accompanied with dilation of intra-or extra-hepatic bile duct, the correct diagnostic rate of assistant examination:CT69%, gastroscopy66%. In the15cases, tubular and villous adenomas are5patients; duodenum Papillary carcinoma in10: with high differentiated adenocarcinoma4cases, differentiated adenocarcinoma in5cases, low differentiated adenocarcinoma in1. And1cases at the proximal cut a carcinoma infiltrating. Among these patients,6cases were underwent pancreatoduodenectomy,7cases were have local tumor resections.2Case was operated Roux-en-y-choledochojejunostomy Rouxeny which was unresectable. The resection rate was86.7%.1cases were occurred complications after pancreatoduodenectomy.Conclusion:Early diagnosis is the key point to increase the survival rate oh the PDPT, So we should pay mare attention to the manifestations.Endoscopy and computed tomography (CT) are the primary diagnosis ways of primary duodennal papillar tumor (PDPT). With the help of B-US and ERCP or other auxiliary examination to prove the achieve this purpose. pancreticoduedenectomy and local tumor resection are major treatment methods...
