Objective:To compare the appliance values of3-dimention computedtomography(3D-CTA)and3-dimention digital subtractionangiography(3D-DSA)in diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease.Methods: ninety-one patients with cerebrovascular disease comefrom Department of Neurosurgery First Affiliated Hospital ChongqingUniversity of Medical Sciences,underwent3-D CTA and3-D DSA,theaccuracy.misdiagnosis rate. and missed diagnosis rate of these2techniques were compared. No significant complication was found.Results:91cases display:,73cases aneurysm was check outaneurysm94,9cases was arteriovenous malformation, MoyaMoyadisease2cases, carotid-cavernuou fistula was2cases, dural arteriovenousfistula was1cases,4cases are negative result.there were84positivecases) detected by3-dimention computed tomography(3D-CTA), negative cases is7.The positive rate of3D-CTA was92.3percent, Thenegative rate was7.7percent,The level of sensitivity of3D-CTA was96.6percent; there were86positive cases detected by3-dimentiondigital subtraction angiography(3D-DSA), negative cases is5.The positiverate of3D-DSA was94.5percent, The negative rate was5.5percent。Thelevel of sensitivity of3D-DSA was98.8percent; In display of the shape ofaneurysms which87of943D-CTA was not different from3D-DSA,the other7aneurysms which diameter <2mm3D-CTA was significantdifferent from3D-DSA. In display of the neck of aneurysm3D-CTA was not different from3D-DSA, There was no significantdifferent accuracy between3D-CTA and3D-DSA。Conclusion:3-dimention computed tomography(3D-CTA)and3-dimention digital subtraction angiography(3D-DSA) have differentsuperior in diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease,The information obtainedby3D—DSA,and3D—CTA should be considered comprehensively....
