| Objective:To explore the expression and relationship of KISS-1and MMP-9protein inrenal clear cell carcinoma (RCCC),and to explore the relationship between them andclinical stage, pathological grading, lymph node metastasis of RCCC,are tounderstand the role that they paly in the occurrence and development of RCCC.Andthey may provide novel therapeutic targets for Bio–immunotherapy of RCCC in thefuture. Methods:The expression of KISS-1and MMP-9protein were detected with immune-histochemical methods in50cases of RCCC,15cases of para-carcinoma tissue and15cases of normal renal tissues. The statistical analysis methods of data: the countmaterials were evaluated with χ2test or Fisher probabilities in22table,the gradematerials were evaluated with nonparametric rank sum test of Kruskal-Wallis Htest, and the correlation using Spearman rank correlation analysis. There is significantdifference when P Value is lesser than0.05(α=0.05).Results:(1) The positive expression rate of KISS-1(32.0%) in RCCC was significantlylower than that in para-carcinoma tissues (73.0%) and normal tissues (66.7%),P<0.05.Meanwhile,the rate was descended with higher pathological grade and clinical stage,P<0.05.(2) The positive expression rate of MM-9(64.0%) in RCCC was significantlyhigher than that in para-carcinoma tissues (40.0%) and normal tissues (6.7%),P<0.05.Meanwhile, the rate was increased with higher pathological grade and clinical stage,P<0.05.(3) The positive expression rate of MMP-9(91.7%) in RCCC of lymphaticmetastasis was significantly higher than that in tissues without lymphatic metastasis(55.3%),P<0.05.Morover, the positive expression rate of KIS-1(8.3%) in RCCC oflymphatic metastasis was lower than that in tissues without lymphatic metastasis (39.5%), and there were significant difference(P<0.05).(4)There was27cases of the negative expression of KISS-1in32cases of thepositive expression of MMP-9in RCCC,meanwhile, there was11cases of the positiveexpression of KISS-1in18cases of the negative expression of MMP-9in RCCC.Besides, both of positive expression had5samples, both of negative expression had7samples. It was demonstrated that the expression of MMP-9and KISS-1hadsignificant inverse correlation by the Spearman’s relativity analysis (rs=ï¼0.468,P<0.05).Conclusions:The expression of KISS-1and MMP-9protein plays a significant role in thepathogenesis of RCCC. there is close relativity between novel expression and biolo-gical behaviours.they may become biological indicators of the judgment theoccurrence and development of RCCC.As related markers of RCCC, we find andknow the extent of disease. They may provide a drug target for Bio–immunotherapyof RCCC in the future. |
