This paper also compare the pros and cons of anti-tumor activity of Folic acid mediated vinorelbine bitartrate human serum albumin targeting agents and Commercial bitartrate vinorelbine injection in vivo testing in tumor-bearing mice.1. Useing MTT (3-(4,5-dimethyl-thiazol-2)-2,5-diphenyl-triazole bromide) colorimetry, inverted microscope and laser scanning confocal microscope observation and research, we have conclusions:Human ovarian cancer cells (HO-8910, SK-OV-3), Human breast cancer cells (MCF-7, MX-1), Human non-small cell lung cancer cells (A549) are the sensitive cell lines of bitartrate vinorelbine, Human hepatoma cells (Bel-7402, in HepG-2), Human prostate cancer cells (PC-3) are the vinorelbine-sensitive cell lines of bitartrate vinorelbine. And toxicity effect:Folic acid mediated vinorelbine bitartrate human serum albumin targeting agents> Commercial bitartrate vinorelbine injection>bitartrate the vinorelbine original powder.2.
