This paper aims to compare the pros and cons of the anti-tumor activity of several common human tumor cells therapied by Vinorelbine original powder, Folic acid mediated vinorelbine bitartrate human serum albumin targeting agents and Commercial bitartrate vinorelbine injection, and to compare the degree of sensitivity of these types of tumor cells therapied by bitartrate vinorelbine drugs. This paper also compare the pros and cons of anti-tumor activity of Folic acid mediated vinorelbine bitartrate human serum albumin targeting agents and Commercial bitartrate vinorelbine injection in vivo testing in tumor-bearing mice.1. Useing MTT (3-(4,5-dimethyl-thiazol-2)-2,5-diphenyl-triazole bromide) colorimetry, inverted microscope and laser scanning confocal microscope observation and research, we have conclusions:Human ovarian cancer cells (HO-8910, SK-OV-3), Human breast cancer cells (MCF-7, MX-1), Human non-small cell lung cancer cells (A549) are the sensitive cell lines of bitartrate vinorelbine, Human hepatoma cells (Bel-7402, in HepG-2), Human prostate cancer cells (PC-3) are the vinorelbine-sensitive cell lines of bitartrate vinorelbine. And toxicity effect:Folic acid mediated vinorelbine bitartrate human serum albumin targeting agents> Commercial bitartrate vinorelbine injection>bitartrate the vinorelbine original powder.2. Establishing the Department of mouse sarcoma S180mouse xenograft model, injectioning different concentrations of Folic acid mediated vinorelbine bitartrate human serum albumin targeting agents and Commercial bitartrate vinorelbine injection in tail vein two weeks, we conclude:Regardless of antitumor effect, Folic acid mediated vinorelbine bitartrate human serum albumin targeting agents is better than Commercial bitartrate vinorelbine injection.In summary, in the activity of anti-tumor, the Folic acid mediated Vinorelbine bitartrate human serum albumin targeted nanoparticles is superior to Commercial vinorelbine bitartrate injection and Vinorelbine bitartrate original powder, therefore, it has enormous continue to study the value and broad market space.
