Objective:By grouping for treatment of simple obesity, observed the efficacy of Hand lymph drainage techniques, for exploring ways to detumescence easily and efficiently provide the scientific basis of clinical, and also to examine some of the treatment mechanism.Methods:60patients met the inclusion criteria of patients with lower limb swelling after joint replacement were randomly assigned by treatment sequence, a single number for the treatment group (Hand lymph drainage techniques), double number as the control group (Active manipulation training), the number of two groups of patients were30cases. Treatment2times every day. After7courses of treatment, compare the before and after treatment swelling degree, pain symptom scores between groups, group.Results:(1) After treatment by hand lymph drainage techniques and active manipulation training, both groups of patients with swelling degree and pain symptom decreased, the indicators before and after differences were significant (P<0.05).(2) Both groups before and after treatment compared symptom scores were highly significant differences (P<0.05), prompted the two groups can be effective in improving clinical symptoms of swelling; decline in symptom score after treatment compared with the two groups was significant difference (P>0.05), indicating that the hand lymph drainage techniques group and active manipulation training group in improving the symptoms had no significant difference;(3) The hand lymph drainage techniques group and the active manipulation training group efficiency of acupuncture group were:96.67%and90.00%(10cm above Patella);83.33%and80.00%(10cm under Patella);76.67%and76.67%(VAS).the significantly total hand lymph drainage techniques group and active manipulation training group had no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusions:1. hand lymph drainage techniques and active manipulation training for treatment of simple obesity are effective, and the overall effect of hand lymph drainage techniques and active manipulation training had no significant difference.2. hand lymph drainage techniques and active manipulation training can reduce swelling degree and pain symptom index in patients with swelling after joint replacement, hand lymph drainage techniques and active manipulation training in reducing the swelling degree and pain symptom had no significant difference. 3. hand lymph drainage techniques can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with swelling after joint replacement, to achieve detumescence and relieve pain.
