Research Of Clinic Guide Of Chinese Medicine For Nutritional Iron Deficiency Anemia

This study is a part of research of Clinic Guide of Chinese Medicine for nutritional iron deficiency anemia which is a standardization project supported by State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The serial number is ZYYS-2009(0004)-9.In this thesis, Clinic Guide of Chinese Medicine for nutritional iron deficiency anemia will be developed by adopting three methods that are literature research, Delphi questionnaire survey method and expert seminar.Literature research which can make the historical and realistic basis for clinical guide and construct expert questionnaire survey of the foundation must make full use of retrieval tool, to comb related literature, summary the ancient and modern theory and clinical research results about nutritional iron deficiency anemia. Delphi questionnaire survey method is on the basis of literature research. Through three rounds of questionnaires, preliminary clinic programme will be formed and submitted to pediatric branch of Association of Chinese medicine.In this thesis, key technology for making evidence-based clinical guideline, the method of literature quality evaluation, levels of evidence and strength of recommendations, will be discussed exclusively. Establishing Chinese medicine own literature quality evaluation method, levels of evidence and strength of recommendations is one of key points to work out evidence-based clinical guideline for Chinese medicine. Moving abroad the existing methods and related standards will be unfeasible.
