The Clinical Research About Modified Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction To Treat The Cold-heat Complicated Syndrome Of RA

Objective:Observed on Guizhi shaoyao zhimu decoction method in treating rheumatoid arthritis clinical efficacy and safety of syndrome of intermingled heat and cold.Method:According to the clinical test principle, the40RA patients that belong to the cold-heat complicated syndrome type are divided into two groups by random, the treatment group which contains20Patients are treated with MTX10mg P.01/w+Meloxicam75mg P.01/d+modified Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction, and the control group which also contains20Patients are treated with MTX10mg P.O1/w+Meloxicam75mg P.01/d+Tripterygium Wilfordii10mg P.O3/d, and the periods of treatment of two groups is2months.Result: The totally effective rate of the treatment group is95%while the rate of the control group is75%. There is a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05). Treatment and control groups before and after treatment of clinical signs are no significant differences (P>0.05).After treating, the TCM symptom scores were improved in both group, there is statistically significant difference (p<0.05). Laboratory parameters ESR, CCP, RF comparison. The results showed that the treatment and control groups of ESR, RF, CCP values before treatment were decreased, the difference between groups was statistically significant (p <0.05). No adverse reactions occurred in patients with treatment groups. Control group to moderate adverse reactions, elevated ALT and AST,you need to continue after treatment, the incidence of15%.Conclusion:To cure the cold-heat complicated syndrome of RA, the combination treatment of modified Guizhishaoyaozhimu decoction and western medicine can improve the clinical presentations effert better than the contrast grope by the cure one, and have a better security.
