Study On The Diagnosis And Treatment Regularity Of Epigastric Fullness And Chronic Atrophic Gastritis By The Ma Family’s Branches Of The Menghe Scholarly Sect

Objective Through collecting, collating, mathematical statistics and data mining the medical record, medical notes and medical theory of the diagnosis and treatment regularity of Epigastric Fullness and Chronic Atrophic Gastritis by the Ma family’s branches of the Menghe scholarly sect, summarizing the experiences in treatment based on syndrome differentiation of the doctors in the Ma’s family, and further exploring the syndrome characteristic and Formula Regularity of Epigastric Fullness,to offer new ideas and methods to the Epigastric Fullness and Chronic Atrophic Gastritis’s treatment based on syndrome differentiation for modern medicine.Methods Collecting and sorting the medical record, medical notes and medical theory of the diagnosis and treatment of Epigastric Fullness and Chronic Atrophic Gastritis by the Ma family’s branches of the Menghe scholarly sect, using frequency analysis, association rules analysis and cluster analysis mining method, and using data mining AlphaMiner2.0open platform, IBM SPSS v20software to mine the data of Meheng Ma family’s Symptomatic elements and prescription drug-used of the medical record of epigastric fullness,then discussing the diagnosis and treatment regularity of Meheng Ma family. Random selecting52patients to observe the curative effect of my teacher’s proved recipe, taking the proved recipe,1agent a day, a half in the morning and another in the evening,200ml each time,3months as1course, taking the proved recipe for2course, reviewing endoscopy and pathology after stopping the recipe for about6months.Results Frequency statistics analysis showes that the location of Epigastric Fullness is stomach, spleen, liver, and thoracic diaphragm; the nature of disease is mainly the stagnation and deficiency of qi, dampness and phlegm;the drug is mainly Qi Regulating drugs, Qi-tonifying drugs and drugs for eliminating dampness. Association rules analysis suggests that there is strong association rules between the syndrome elements of disease location and the syndrome elements of disease location, the syndrome elements of disease location and the syndrome elements of disease nature, the syndrome elements of disease location and the herbs, the syndrome elements of disease nature the the syndrome elements of disease nature, the syndrome elements of disease nature and the herbs, the herbs and the herbs. Conclusions The following is the diagnosis and treatment regularity of epigastric fullness by the Ma family’s branches of the Menghe scholarly sect:the location of the disease is stomach involving liver and spleen; the nature of disease is mainly the stagnation and deficiency of qi, dampness and phlegm; the main syndrome type is deficiency of the middle energizer with qi deficiency, deficiency of the middle energizer with dampness encumbering and incoordination between liver and stomach; the drug is mainly Qi Regulating drugs, Qi-tonifying drugs and drugs for eliminating dampness; the therapeutic method is replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen and tonifying qi to eliminate dampness, the herb is modified Guishao Liujun decoction etc. My teacher’s proved recipe has a good effect to symptoms of chronic atrophic gastritis patients, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and endoscopic pathology.
