To Investigate The Clinical Effectiveness Of Invigorating Kidney Tonifying Qi And Clearing Methods As Well As Loose In Treating Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect of the method of invigorating kidney tonifying qi,and clearing methods as well as loose treating the patient of urinary tract infection.Methods:To select88cases from January2010to January2012in Nanjing university of Chinese medicine hospital affiliated hospital of outpatient service in hospital, all patients using basic therapy+fill gas benefiting kidney, clear the loose party treatment. Before and after treatment, the comparison of urine BLD (+), PRO (+), urine WBC count, RBC count, urinary red blood cell count (WBC), blood neutrophils percentage (N%) and the differences of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms.Results:(1) the total clinical curative effect:before and after treatment efficacy:well,55patients, powerfully20cases, effective8cases, invalid in5patients, and the total effective rate of94.31%.(2) the total integration of traditional Chinese medical syndrome affect:65patients with clinical cure, powerfully in15cases, effective in7cases, the total effective rate of98.86%.(3) to the influence of the traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms:before and after treatment urinary frequency urgency, glowing smartly, endless dripping wet, the lower abdomen arrested nasty, lumbar debility, tired, such as the lack of symptoms are integral to drop, compare the difference in the group were significantly statistical significance (P<0.01).(4) To check the effect of physical and chemical index:after treatment, urine, urine leukocyte, urine concealed blood red blood cells and treatment than before, the decline was obvious, in the group compared before and after treatment urine white blood cells are significantly different, treatment has the significant (P<0.01); Their choice of88patients, appear white blood count, blood blood neutrophils percentage of patients with abnormal in21cases.After treatment, patients with this part of blood, blood white blood cell count neutrophils percentage decreased to normal, and in the group compared before and after treatment urine white blood cells are significantly different, treatment has the significant (P<0.01).(5) the influence of the recurrence rate. Due to the limit of the subject research time, only the74patients were recurrence tracking, tracking,6months,34patients relapse, the recurrence rate was45.9%. Whether the use of antibiotics, tracking cases will be divided into two groups, two sets of data statistics result comparison, that is no statistical difference between treatment group and control group in the recurrence rate compares no difference.
