Patients28-year-old minimum age, maximum age is50years old. Of these,51cases oftraumatic osteomyelitis,of which47cases ofpatients with post-traumatic acceptdifferent forms of internal fixation. Six cases ofhematogenous osteomyelitis.Anatomical site:19cases of femur, tibia of22cases,9cases of fibula, humerus,4cases,3cases of calcaneal.Access to medical records of patients admitted to hospital in2009between January and in December2011all patients with chronicosteomyelitis,selected from the medical records of eligible and the generalcondition of patients selected cases, diagnosis and treatment of laboratoryand imaging studies, postoperativeeffect one by one record。 All data collected by debridement continuous irrigation vacuum-assistedclosure, debridement antibiotic bone cement filled two surgical group, twogroups of patients with preoperative examination、surgicaltechnique,postoperative,conditions,analysis of itschronic osteomyelitistherapeutic effect.The collected data were made into the form using the X2test for statisticalanalysisResults: In30cases of patients with debridement continuous irrigation vacuumsealing drainage treatment, Infection control are basedon the condition applications sensitive to antibiotics3-9d， Duringfollow-up of patients there is no evidence of recurrence, In the27patients whounderwent debridement and antibiotic bonecement to fill thetreatment of patients, underthe condition applications sensitive to antibiotics3-9d to control infection,During follow-up of patients there is no evidence of recurrence.Conclusion: Debridement and continuous irrigation vacuum-assisted closure、Debridement and antibiotic bone cement to fill two methods of surgicaltreatment after12weeks,24weeks, no significantdifference in the follow-up review results.
