| The objective of this study was to provide evidence for decision-making and evaluate factors that influence the liver injury in workers exposed to N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF).Based on the results of12cross-sectional studies from1998to2011were analyzed by Review manager5. The results of meta-analysis showed that it showed heterogeneity so that a random effect model was applied, and the combining effect size was a significant effect of DMF exposed on liver injury (OR,6.31;95%CI,3.10to12.85).There was of a statistical significance in self-conscious symptom subgroup analysis and liver function test indexes subgroup analysis, have important clinical effects. And funnel chart analysis showed no obvious publication bias. So it implies that industries should create a better work environment in order to improve workers’health. |
