Can’t insist the patients all eliminate, adhere to the wheelchair towalking, avoid weight walk patients enrolled in the study samples.Thelong-term result shows, the group only28patients follow the doctor’s orderstrictly avoid weight to walk, in the control group, only26patients follow thedoctor’s order strictly avoid weight to walk.Through the follow-up found，The28patients had24cases hip pain disappears, only4of still remain differentdegree hip pain, symptoms improved effective rate of85.7%; The control grouphas14of the pain disappeared,12cases more than5cases hip pain increasedsignificantly, symptoms improve rate of53.8%, and the difference between astatistically significant (P <0.05).The28patients had22cases functionobviously improve the hip, including15cases of hip each direction activitieswere not significantly obstacles, only2cases within the existing spin functionlimited,4cases of existing mild outside spin function mild limited, signsimprove effective rate of78.6%; The control group have eight patients hipinternal/external spin function mild ease,18cases each more than hip directionthe limited activities are different intensified, with5cases of spin in limitedfunctioning,13cases to the spin function limitation, signs improve rate of28.6%, and the difference between a statistically significant (P <0.05).Imagingtests show the28patients had five patients have healing trend lesions,17cases avascular necrosis of the lesions no progress, more than6patients lesions havedifferent levels progress, of which2cases appear femoral head collapse,imaging improve the total effective rate was78.6%; The control group have tenpatients avascular necrosis of the lesions no significant progress, but did not seeits have healing trend, the more than16patients avascular necrosis of thelesions are different degree progress, including10cases of femoral headappeared to collapse and have acetabular change, imaging improve the totaleffective rate was42.8%, and the difference between a statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion：Long-term effiect of HBO intervention on stage-I steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head is significant，worth popularizationand application。...
