| Food packaging materials which include paper, bamboo, wood, metal, ceramic, plastic,rubber, natural fibers, chemical fibers, glass, composite packaging and other products wereused in full bloom food. Because of environmental protection requirements and cost factors,Plant fibers are widely used in food contact materials. Plasticizers and organochlorinepesticides residues often exist in Plant fiber food packaging and the type of processingsystem, These residual plasticizers and organochlorine pesticides can migrate through thepackaging and Contaminated food, thus it will threat to food safety.Phthalate Esters compound is one of the most commonly used industrial plasticizer, it iswidely used in packaging industry. But PAEs are environmental estrogens of endocrinedisrupting chemicals. Organochlorine Pesticides is a pesticide including the properties ofbioaccumulation, high toxicity and high residual residual fat-soluble. Plasticizers andorganochlorine pesticides residues in food packaging materials also could migrate tocontaminating food which will threat human health。In this paper, we established the methods of ultrasonic extraction, solid pahse extractionpurification and gas chromatography to analyze five plasticizers and thirteen organochlorinepesticide residues in seven kinds of plant fiber food packaging(paper cup,corn starch boxes,pulp fast food, disposable lunch boxes, corn starch toothpicks, airplane meal boxes andhamburg packaging).First, choosing a mixed solution of hexane and acetone: hexane (1:1, v/v) as solventwas used in ultrasonic extraction method to extract five plasticizers and thirteenorganochlorine pesticide residues in seven kinds of plant fiber food packaging.Second, plasticizer extracts are purification by silica gel solid phase extraction column,the purification method: Silica gel SPE column was activited by n-hexane; the extracts weretransferred onto the silica gel SPE column; it was eluted by ethyl acetate, then collecting theeluent; the eluent was rotated nearly dry by water bath,1mL hexane dissolved it fordetection. organochlorine pesticides extracts were purifyed by Forli SPE column, thepurification methods: Florisil SPE column was activited by n-hexane; The extracts weretransferred onto the Forli SPE column; Hexane was carried out the first elution, and acetone:hexane(1:5,v/v)mixed solution for the second elution, collecting the eluents; Theeluents were rotated nearly dry,1mL hexane dissolved it for detection.Finally, the extracts were anlysized by FID-GC and ECD-GC. The column which wasused to detect plasticizer was HP-5capillary column, FID detector. The organochlorinepesticide was DB-1701capillary column, ECD detector. |
