Objective:to observe the depression patients different syndromes of their respective characteristics and the stages of the peripheral blood of patients with neurotransmitter levels, thereby to recognize depression syndrome evolution and different syndrome phase of the inner neurotransmitter essence.Methods:the case control study method, a total of259patients with depression observation, of which the sthenic syndrome (sydrome of liver-qi stagnation) in51patients, with mingled with excess and deficiency syndromes (liver depression and spleen deficiency, liver depression and phlegm stagnation) in93cases, of which liver depression and spleen deficiency in40cases, liver depression and phlegm stagnation in53, deficiency syndrome (deficiency of heart and spleen syndrome, disharmony of heart and kidney) in115cases, of which deficiency of heart and spleen syndrome50cases, the disharmony of heart and kidney65cases.50patients with normal respectively compared. Observation of various syndromes of phase NE,5-HT,DA, Ach levels vary,and illness, sex, age, course of disease and neurotransmitter relationships. To SPSS18.0statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:(1)Depressed patients sex ratio at the men and women of1:1.7, more women than men, age more focused on31-60years old, accounting for68.73%of the total number of patients;(2)Different stage of TCM syndrome in patients with depression age stratification have difference(P<0.01), sthenic syndrome stage patients age more concentrated in the18-60years old, deficiency syndrome stage patients age more concentrated in the31-75years old;(3)Different stage patients with depression syndrome with course of disease have difference(P<0.05), sthenic syndrome stage of depression is the shortest, for an average of(2.32±0.84)years, followed by mingled with excess and deficiency syndromes stage patients, with average course for (4.55±0.73)years, deficiency syndrome patients with stage of the longest, for an average of(7.03±1.05)years;(4)Depression patients NE,5-HT, DA, Ach levels below normal (P<0.01);(5)Different stage of TCM syndrome in patients with depression have different neurotransmitterlevel.Different stage of TCM syndrome in depression patients with normal control group and between the NE comparison:the mingled with excess and deficiency syndromes, deficiency syndrome two syndromes stage patients with depression NE level are below normal control group(P<0.05,P<0.01), and the sthenic syndrome stage depression patients with normal control group NE level compared to no difference(P>0.05), but the sthenic syndrome stage depression patients NE level is higher than deficiency syndrome stage(P<0.05).Different stage of TCM syndrome in depression patients with normal control group and between the5-HT comparison:sthenic syndrome,the mingled with excess and deficiency syndromes and deficiency syndrome three syndrome stage patients with depression5-HT level are below normal control group(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01).Different stage of TCM syndrome in depression patients with normal control group and between the DA comparison:the mingled with excess and deficiency syndromes, deficiency syndrome stage patients DA level are below normal control group(P<0.05,P<0.01). The sthenic syndrome stage patients DA level with the mingled with excess and deficiency syndromes stage patients and the normal control group compared to no difference (P>0.05), but higher than the deficiency syndrome stage depression patients (P<0.05). The mingled with excess and deficiency syndromes stage patients DA level to be higher than the deficiency syndrome stage depression patients (P<0.05).Different stage of TCM syndrome in depression patients with normal control group and between the Ach comparison:with the mingled with excess and deficiency syndromes and deficiency syndrome stage depression patients Ach level are below normal control group (P<0.01,P<0.01). The sthenic syndrome stage patients Ach level to be higher than the mingled with excess and deficiency syndromes and deficiency syndrome stage depression patients (P<0.01,P<0.05), and there is normal control group(P>0.05). The mingled with excess and deficiency syndromes stage depression patients Ach level is below the deficiency syndrome stage patients (P<0.05).Conclusion:depression patients in the sthenic syndrome stage with shorter course, the small age, from the sthenict to mingled with excess and deficiency and deficiency syndrome phase transition process,patients the course with gradually extend, age gradually increases; Depressed patients overall neurotransmitter level is low. In the sthenict-from mingled-deficiency syndrome evolution process, the neurotransmitter downward trend overall level, yet with deficiency syndrome stage, Ach level is rise somewhat compared with the mingled with excess and deficiency syndrome stage, but still below the level of the sthenict syndrome stage. Depression pathogenesis relate to neurotransmitters antagonist about imbalances. |
