To Discuss The Offline Indications In Mechanical Ventilation Patients Of AECOPD With2Cases Reported

Objective:To review the mechanical ventilation treatment of AECOPD patients combined with literature and discuss the mechanical ventilation offline indications.Methods:Review relevant literature and analyze retrospectively the2cases with COPD who were successfully weaned mechanical ventilation in December2010to January2011in Huxike of our hospital,and compare the blood gas analysis,heart rate,blood pressure before the mechanical ventilation with the ones after ventilation.Results:The2patients with AECOPD in invasive mechanical ventilation were weaned successfully after7and9days respectively. There is obvious difference in PH, PCO2、PO2which are compared after ventilation, before and after weaning with the ones before ventilation,but there is no obvious difference to compare PH and PCO2before and after weaning with the ones after ventilation.At the same time,it is obviously different to compare MAP、HR before and after weaning with the ones before ventilation.However,it is not obviously different to compare these ones before weaning with the ones after weaning.Conclusion:The whole body,blood gas analysis,breathing index,minute ventilation and the experiment preparing to go offline etc. can be used as reliable indications of the weaning.The comprehensive theropy for controling mainly infection of the lung,the function training of respirtory muscle,wetting the airway strongly and efficiently,and strengthening the psychology care and et.al improve the rate of offline.
