| Objective:through bone marrow stem cell transplantation combined with lithium chloride treatment of rabbit femoral head necrosis and experimental study about the effect on avascular necrosis of the femoral head.Methods:Select48healthy adult rabbits, with liquid nitrogen freezing method made the models of osteonecrosis of the femoral head, were randomly divided into4groups, group A:pure modeling group, not implanted in any material; group B:lithium chloride group, model3days later the daily application of lithium chloride; group C:bone marrow stem cell transplantation group, made after the mold with gelatin sponge implanted in the femoral head, made of bone marrow stem cell suspension was injected into the femoral head; group D:bone marrow stem cell transplantation combined with lithium chloride group, the C group on the basis of daily application of lithium chloride; lithium chloride usage for every45.2mg/kg intraperitoneal injection, three postoperative day, continuous application4weeks after implantation, in fourth,8weeks were animal quantitative analysis and general observation, X-ray observations, while each group were sacrificed6rabbits, specimen collection for gross observation, histological observation of HE staining, immunohistochemical expression of (3-catenin.Results:Simple model of femoral head avascular necrosis of the femoral head defect area without obvious bone repair, to fibroplasia, surrounded by small amounts of fibrous callus formation, eighth weeks of L cases of femoral head surface collapse, radiography, low bone density, bone Liang Shao HE staining, immunohistochemistry beta catenin expression; lithium chloride bone mineral density immunohistochemistry beta catenin expression on slightly higher than pure modeling group; stem cells, bone density, bone trabeculae, immunohistochemical beta-catenin expression than those stem cells combined with lithium chloride group difference; stem cells combined with lithium chloride group of femoral head collapse, radiography, bone density, HE staining of bone little Liang Zeng crude, immunohistochemical beta-the high expression of catenin (P<0.05),Conclusion:Bone marrow stem cell transplantation combined with lithium chloride can promote zone of necrosis of femoral head in trabecular bone hyperplasia bone mass increase bone mineral density, promoting the repair of avascular necrosis of the femoral head. |
