Objective:Hepatitis B is a worldwide epidemic caused by viruses. It can cause a wide, formidable and chronic infection。it is a common diseaseHepatitis B affects the life quality of patients severely as a result of disease development and known limitations.Butthere are no specific remedy for this disease.At present. interferon and nucleoside analog are the preferred remedy. At the same time,this therapy can produce a lot of side effect,make patients bounce back to bad health if they stop receiving interferon randomly. This study is to investigate the effect and safety of Bushenhuoxuefang for chronichepatitis B(CHB).And we will try to find out the therapy of Bushenhuoxuefang maybe help thepatients with chronic hepatitis B get well.And through this study can sieve a effective prescription for the patients of hepatitis B.Metheod:60patients were divided randomly to two groups named Telbivudine group and compound group.The Telbivudine group was composed of30cases.the compound group30cases.All of the patients of two groups came from the outpatients of the first subsidiary hospital of Chinese medicine university in Guangzhou.All the two groups accord with the diagnosis standard of chronic hepatitis B. All the patients were observed the change both before and after treatment, such as clinical symptoms, physical signs, virul quantitative levels with hepatitis B virus, hepatic function indexes and so on.Result1.The significant efficiency of the telbivudine group was60.00%.And the compound group was84.62%.there was statistical significance between telbivudine group and compound group (P<0.05).2.After treatment, clinical symptoms and physical signs were improved markedly in the two group (P<0.01).There was no statistical significance for the two groups in the clinical symptoms such as bumout.loose stools and loss of appetite(P>0.05).3.The level of the serums TB,ALT,ASTdecreased significantly in the two groups (P<0.01). There was statistical significance for the two groups in TB and ALT (P<0.05).but there was no statistical significance for the two groups in AST (P>0.05).If Bushenhuoxuefang was combined with telbivudine, the effect of lowering transaminase and TB can be improved.4.A11of the two groups of the virus quantities decreased significantly after6months for treatment (P<0.01).the virus quantities was no significance between telbivudine group and compound group after treatment(P>0.05).From the clearance rate (The clearance rate of HBV-DNA:compound group:34.62%,telbivudine group:36.00%, The clearance rate of HBeAg:compound group:19.23%,telbivudine group:16.00%). there was no statistical significance in the clearance rate of HBV-DNA and HBeAg for the two groups(P>0.05). From the generation rate of HBeAb (The generation rate of HBeAb:compound group11.54%.telbivudine group:4.00%). there was no statistical significance in the generation rate of HBeAb for the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bushenhuoxuefang and telbivudine can protect the liver.lower TB、ALT、AST, improve syndremes of traditional Chinese medicine, inhibition of viral replication. If Bushenhuoxuefang was combined with telbivudine. it will get a better curative effect in improving syndremes of traditional Chinese medicine、lowering transaminase、lowering TB。...
