Theseprovide the basias to institutions of higher learning the strategy of health education and relevantdepartments to formulate policies.MethodsThis study used random sampling methods to carry out a questionnaire among female students in thefirst to third grade in Henan Province. The Design of questionnaires are on the basis of the originaldocuments, with reference to relevant literature, and combined the previous investigation. Thequestionnaire are using computer network to webpage mode of investigation through the computerlanguage of the questionnaire were compiled, with Microsoft SQL (Structured Query Language) as datacollection, using APSS11.5software for statistical analysis. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance,mean standard deviation analysis, chi-square test, frequency analysis and multiple regression analysis.Result(1)A total of2149investigation questionnaires are handed in and the recovery rate is100%. Deleting14records of incomplete information, a total of2135valid questionnaires.(2) A survey of2135college students on AIDS knowledge is low, so is their cognitive knowledge ofAIDS prevention and control of construction security consciousness. For the kowlege of AIDS transmission through sexual transmission, blood transmission, mother to child transmission of the threeroutes, the rate is relatively high, the total number of96%~98.7%; AIDS can be cured, if it is possible tocough or sneeze infectious, and AIDS hug handshake is infectious AIDS knowledge awareness is relativelyhigh; whether the mosquito bites may infect AIDS answer, the correct rate of only43%, analysis showed asurvey on AIDS prevention and treatment of incomplete knowledge.(3) According to the multiple regression analysis, a medical student knowledge of AIDS preventionknowledge of up to, higher than that of other disciplines; from rural students’ level of knowledge of AIDSprevention to students from the town or city is low; the family residence in AIDS patients ’ knowledge ofAIDS prevention and control level is higher than the family residence without the AIDS patient.Description of medical professional in the professional knowledge learning process can obtain moreknowledge of AIDS prevention and control, due to the economic strength, level of education, livingenvironment, custom limited Rural Area AIDS awareness process, area of AIDS patients, will make therelevant functional departments to increase the health publicity and education activities, to increase the lifeof the surrounding population on AIDS prevention and control knowledge cognitive.(4) The AIDS knowledge sources analysis knowing, television advertising, brochures, magazines andnewspapers, obtains the good propaganda effect. Expert lectures and network two ways of learning, in thesurvey on AIDS prevention and control knowledge, expectations of learning approach has been greatlyimproved. The survey was conducted in17to25years old in a college student, girl’s introvertedpersonality, unique Chinese cultural environment, make much more receptive to the use of the Internetforms of publicity and education, network learning concealment, from passive learning to active learning.(5) If relatives, friends had AIDS, said to avoid respectively21.9%,21.5%, cut off connectionsrespectively0.6%,3.1%; can be seen, in different extent of HIV infection or AIDS discrimination. (6) Survey of nearly half of the people had a love of history,100of whom had sexual acts. Have asexual relationship with a partner had2or more than221people. Sex object base for men, only1cases ofsexual behavior object, male and female, does not rule out the possibility of a lesbian. In the process ofsexual behavior condom use situation is not optimistic, there are17%human behavior when not usingcondoms. And believe in sex when the correct use of condoms to prevent sexually transmitted diseases andAIDS and less than half (49.4%).(7)211(9.9%) or mild or severe suffering from gynecological diseases, in that their suffering fromgynecological diseases nearly half did not go to the doctor. To the trouble of gynecological diseases,whether in sexual behavior when more susceptible to HIV infection survey, the correct answer rate of39.7%. Can be read at female college students on female health knowledge rate on the low side, for femalehealth services utilization rate is too low.(8) The investigation patients affected by AIDS are mainly influenced by psychological fear (67%),social interaction limited (12.3%). Due to the lack of AIDS prevention knowledge of AIDS awareness,they have generate panic, tension, fear and terror to AIDS.ConclusionAThe survey on2135female college students’ AIDS knowledgeof makes us pessimistic. students’knowledge of AIDS prevention and control are too weak to identify and construct the safety precautionsbased on their cognitive knowledge. Students’ knowlege on AIDS prevention and control is not balanced.They cannot associate unethical behavior with AIDS. What’s more, they have wrong understanding ofAIDS that can not be cured, which leads to HIV infection or AIDS patients with discrimination andprejudice.
