| Organizational behavior research has less attention at Work alienation, and there has nodefinition of the work alienation now not only at home but also at abroad. Studies have confirmedthat the reduction of the work alienation can effectively improve the working efficiency of theorganization. The nurse that as an important group in our medical career can improve the qualityof our medical care, if the dimensions of the work alienation can be discussion. Based on the openquestionnaire survey and depth interview of300nurses, this study which were reviewed on a largenumber of documents and on the basis of prepares about the nurse initial alienation, after themeasured of a large data about the nurse of xin xiang, zhengzhou, shandong, and other city’shospitals, we finally formed on the basis of the "nurse formal alienation" questionnaire. Coveringon the current situation of the alienation of a nurse to work the system explores the nurse’s workalienation,the alienation of identity, task performance organization, and quit intention, therelationship between the specific results of the study are as follows:1. The work alienation of the nurse’s questionnaire has good reliability and validation. Usingfactor analysis method,we know that a nurse’s work isolation has three dimensions: helplessfeeling, helplessness feeling and meaningless feeling.2. The nurse work situation alienation description:in each degree level of nurses, workisolation has significant differences in total;There are obvious differences in the nurses who arenot at the same age on work alienation and three dimensions. The others demographic variabledoes not existing significant difference.3. A nurse to work isolation and organization identity, the alienation of task performance, quit intention relationship research shows that:The alienation and task performance, working relationship performance and quit intentionhas obvious related. |
