Biological material is the most potential materials.Hydroxyapatite (Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2HA) is one of the most representative.It have excellent biocompatibility and the molecular structure and human body tissue highly similar. It is often used as bone repair and bone graft substitute materials and the surface coating of biomedical metal materials. In many of the metal materials, the titanium alloy has a wide range of clinical application with its excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, often used as implantsin of the human hard tissue,such as artificial joints and fracture holder etc. So the most present study is the form of HA film on titanium alloy surface.But new materials appeared a new set of problems in actual using. For exampl, the decomposition rate is too fast with Hydroxyapatite orbital implant in the body, cause the premature failure in the body. Part of the patients experienced signs of infection, and lead to surgery failure, after used the implant materials and bone graft substitute material. Adding part of trace elements can greatly improve the defect, fluorine alternative the hydroxyl of hydroxyapatite can reduce the solubility of materials, and extend the service life of materials; silver alternative the calcium of hydroxyapatite can improve material antibacterial properties and reduce postoperative patients risk of infection; zinc can improve the biological activity of hydroxyapatite, because it have direct stimulation for osteoblasts proliferation and have certain inhibition for the osteophage. We will preparation out a new material, through the three elements join to HAThrough consulting a large number of documents and relevant professional material, and the finally confirm HPF6, AgNO3and Zn(NO3)2as the additive of fluorine, silver, zinc.The first, preparaing ethanol solution of Ca (NO3)2and P2O5, and then the two solution mixed according to certain proportion.three additives strictly join in the mixturein accordance with the order, the film forming liquid after the backflow24hours, The titanium alloy substrate layer coating hydroxyapatite film of to have a specific fluorine, zinc, silver content, using dipping-tiras technology, This paper studies the hydroxyapatite film of including three kinds of elements. At the same time, to research the preparation and performance for containing fluorine hydroxyapatite (FHA), containing zinc hydroxyapatite (Zn-HA), silver hydroxyapatite (Ag-HA).This experiment analyzed the film phase composition, surface morphology and trace elements to join the influence of HA and the influence trace elements between each other of film materials by XRD, XPS, SEM technology. With the simulated body fluids to observe the dissolution of performance of the new material.By MTT than color method to detemine the osteoblast stimulative effect of new material. To determine the antimicrobial effect of the new material by Antibacterial activity.This paper have specific results are follows:1) The sol-gel methods can successfully prepare the ideal new biological materials X-HA.2) To join trace additives is not affecting the formation of HA molecules.3) Fluorin ion successfully join into HA molecules and replace the position of hydroxyl groups.4) To join silver ions, zinc ion did not affect resistance dissolve performance of the new material.5) To join fluorin ion, zinc ion did not affect antibacterial properties performance of the new material.6) It has certain effect the new material stimulation osteoblast role, but there are still significant improvement than pure HA,...
